Tour Registration

Tour reservations can be made online, by phone, or by mail.  See below for details about each method.  Payments can be made by debit card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), check, money order, or bank transfer.  To schedule and book a private tour, contact us by email or phone.  For couples with the same address, only one reservation is necessary.

Secure Online Registration

Online registration for one of our tours is a 3-step process.  Reservations will only be held when all 3 steps have been completed.

1. Fill out and submit our Online Reservation Form.

2. Read and sign our Liability Release Form. (online registrants will be required to sign this form in person at the start of the tour before being allowed to participate).

3. Purchase tour and make payment of deposit or tour price.

Phone Registration

To register for a tour by phone, call us at 603-313-7016.  Phone registrations will need to print and mail or email a signed Liability Release Form or submit an Online Liability Release Form.

Mail-in Registration

Print the Tour Reservation Form and Liability Release Form.  Fill out and sign these forms, and return with a check or money order for the deposit or tour payment to New England Bird Tours, P.O. Box 503, East Middlebury, VT 05740.  You can also scan and email these forms to info@NewEnglandBirdTours.com.
